The Story of Heritage Records

Ken Huculak used his contacts with local musicians to stage public events. Most ambitious was a day-long extravaganza in the mid-1980s at Edmonton's Jubilee Auditorium featuring many Heritage label artists, augmented by local television personalities and dance ensembles. A testament to Huculak's success as a record producer, this event put considerable strain on the finances of the record company and led to its decline.
