Rod Olstad's Fiddling Journey

The kinship between fiddling and dance is evident in contest tune categories. Jigs, waltzes, and reels are all dances. The Smith fiddle and jigging contest includes a "jigging" dance competition. The Hamlet Hoedown contest ends with dancing.
